Low Alwinton Cottages are located in the beautiful Coquet Valley near the small village of Alwinton within the Northumberland National Park.

From the village of Rothbury, follow the B6341 road through the village of Thropton. Approximately two miles out of Thropton the road forks - take the right turn, signposted to Sharperton, Harbottle and Alwinton. Go straight on through the villages of Sharpeton and Harbottle (look out for the castle), and then turn right less than two miles from Harbottle just over the bridge spanning the River Coquet. You can't miss our sign!
There are ample parking spaces and a warm welcome waiting for you at Low Alwinton Cottages.
